Showed up 20 min before closing, Megan wouldn't let me do a 5 min stand up. All the other ladies are wonderful

Definitely the worse managed company I've ever been to. cancel my membership but they continued to bill me for several months after and now have no record of my cancelation. They are not providing a credit and charged me for services I never used.

I asked for the date of my subscription renewal to be December 1st and they renewed it November 1st claiming I asked for that. When I asked for a refund, they said they could not and that it was MY fault! Worst customer service ever. I will not recommend them to anyone I know and will tell everyone how horrible their establishment is run.

Such a great Tanning Studios. You feel welcome by the moment you get in and after almost 4 years I'm still going there. They keep improving the equipment and the selection of products like lotions. Keep going with the good job guys!

Fraudulent charges.I cancelled my membership in this summer with Sunscape and moved out of the city. Then up to 6 months later, they've still tried to charge me. I called them to try to ask what was happening and they simply replied that there was nothing they could do and I'd have to come back to Vancouver and handle it in person???Then I reached out to their customer support email only to be ignored several times. AND FINALLY when they did reply- it was with a threat to take me to Collections for 430$...This business and everyone working under it should be ashamed of themselves. Complete scam.Do not do business with them. -- (Police report being filed)

Highly recommended! The owner is super friendly and very helpful. She helped me get setup and find an amazing package! Even though they have quite a few beds, its best to book your session ahead of time.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU MISINFORMATION TO LOCK YOU INTO CONTRACTS AND SELL YOU ON THE ABILITY TO FREEZE" YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FULL PRICE WITH NO ABILITY TO GET A REFUND!!!The customer service at Sunscape is terrible!! I signed up for their Flex package which has the ability to "freeze" if you don't want to use it for a couple months up to a year. I froze it back in December 2022 in person

PLEASE READHello all reading this, I am the one who got fired also the friend of ciarra who previously commented. I would like to clear some things up… I absolutely loved working here and loved our costumers and am extremely disappointed that I even have to write something like this. Last month (while employed) I went on holiday ( which I informed the interviewer before being hired) I got back from my vacation and worked three days, on the third day I had opened and went home (8-4) the closer was unable to stay at their shift so asked me to cover. I declined the offer as it would have been an 8am-10pm shift as-well as working the next morning. Apparently they reached out to some other workers but no one else was able to come in… maintenance guy Matt came in to cover the closer eventually and informed us both that we were fired. When I asked for the reasoning I was told that it was because I could not cover the shift, I was upset in the situation and left. I then texted the Owner Natalia Kerr asking for a phone call which she refused to do and then responded back saying that she was calling the police on me for not returning the keys right away. I had always been a great employee at Sunscape, covering shifts (even at different locations), top of sales, clean, organized, punctual, and friendly (also missed one shift because I was in an ambulance). So believe me I do not enjoy writing this but it does need to be known the kind of people who own/run this company.Thank you for reading this and I really hope this can make a change.

Love all of the tanning and red light options at this location. The Hybrid is amazing as it saves me so much time to get my tan and skincare. The girls are amazing and knolwedgable!

This company has repeatedly and negligently failed to properly manage my account information. A few months ago I received a collections notice from Sunscape for hundreds of dollars of back charges for tanning even though I hadn't used my account in years.It was clear from the pattern of usage that someone else had fraudulently used my account and signed me up for services without my knowledge. I was able to demonstrate this to the the company, and while it seems they have abandoned their collections claim I received no apology or compensation for my troubles, or even acknowledgment from them.I recently received yet another Sunscape contract" in my email
