Got a double teen burger combo last night for $25. The pop had zero ice and was warm, the burger had no sauce and was so dry and bland, the bun fell apart in your hand, the bread was noticeable ripped before I even picked it up. Horrendous meal, like a dog's dinner. I honestly wish I saved the receipt and took pics because I legit want a refund for this.

Very bad customer service, I go there couple of times a week and always wrong order, cold food and I told her that but nothing has been changed at all! Not recommended location at all

I’ve come here on two separate occasions(once at 6:30pm and another at 6:16pm) and both times they said they are closed. Their hours say 7pm and I can understand closing early sometimes if it’s slow but this seems to be more of a consistent thing. The lights are on and all the signage is up. There is a worker there just sitting behind the counter on their phone, turning people away.

Typical A&W fast food restaurant…service was fast and customer service was good. Food taste consistency is like other A&W locations. Always looking for A&W promotions

8n a good court, quite hectic, took a while to get food. Onion rings good, chips 0k, burger was very nice. Overall was worth the walk, 3000 steps, so make your own mind up

This location in Lansdowne Centre in Richmond Bc needs more staff as well as good customer service. They seem to be out of supply like table napkins for their customers. They charge .30 cents for a cup of water but the last time i bought it was now .49 cents . What i reap off they dont provide a receipt too.

Had just the Buddy Burger with Cheese for $2.55.The beef patty was decently juicy. The cheese and the sauces also kept it from being too dry. The bun was pretty fluffy. Not bad. Had too wait a few minutes for the burger though, even though it wasn't busy.
