L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
Good customer service except once I went there and the sales lady did not give personal service and was too busy looking at the other customers as they were walking in the store. I felt hurt, so didn't buy anything.

L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
I visited this place because i like how good their perfumes smell and I was just trying them in piece, this sales associate at the store was giving me side eye like I was going to steal her stuff. Also, she asked me so many times after I told her I don’t need any help. I want to say not everybody is like you girl. I could have bought some perfumes from there but nah not with that disgusting attitude from the staff. I would not recommend this store at metrotown at all.

What a nightmare! Tired to do a price adjustment as sale notice happened 3 days later. Could not as I had to return all products but no manager was in store. Asked for info as to when a manager was in and went in. Took other customers first and told me the machine could not do returns as the other one has been down for a year. Long story short, customer service by phone could not help- don’t get me started on that. After more phone calls and in visit talks carrying the products around I was finally able to return products - after the sale. They could NOT do a manual return.Good riddance to this store and their ridiculous management and policies.

L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
Have been to this store many times in the past few years, and the service overall has gone down hill significantly in the past four years. Attitude of the staff is no where near friendly and I don't feel welcome the moment I walk in the store. It takes long at the cashier whether it's a return or new purchase. Poor service compared to other store location. This staff who served me today had the disgusted face so if she doesn't like this job she is doing she should do some other job that is not customer facing.

Have avoided this store for awhile due to rude customer service. Went in today and was acknowledged immediately by Crystal. Very knowledgeable about products. Very helpful.

I have been buying products at Metrotown store for a long time, but lately, the staff are not polite and approach you as if they are doing you a favor and not as a potential customer. I will not go there again.

I always love their hand soap and lotion. It's my everyday staple at work. I just wish they have better customer service. They weren't rude but not very helpful too. It would be nice to see a smile for a change.

L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE
My girlfriend had the worst experience at this store (METROTOWN) while trying to exchange an unused small hand cream for shea butter hand cream. She had to wait for 30mintues just to get helped. The lady helped other customer because they were “purchasing” despite She have already waited prior. My son was able to go to the washroom and eat his snack and still haven’t been able to exchange it. sooo easy for them to get ur money but will get u to go through mountains to just exchange a little product. Ended up not exchanging the product and threw it. We are very disappointed of the service in this store in @Metrotown, Burnaby BC

This store used to be good to customer. Until One Chinese young girl tried to sell more by giving out free gifts. But she did not put the gift inside the bag. We paid and left. After we found the gift pack is missing. I went back to the store. But the attitude she showed was like I already gave you and you want more. The way she talks make you want to leave right away. I have been a customer here for years and never have received this treatment with the other servers. Because of her, I will not continue to shop here.

Elnaz is absolutely amazing!!! She is so courteous, and knowledgable. She remembered me and a personal request I had for my purchase, which made me feel so welcome. Above and beyond service. I will be returning and referring others.
