I don't know why some reviews are so bad, but every time I went to SNB, all my requests were solved without problems. From medicare, address change, DL to vehicle registrations, etc. Thank you SNB! Keep the good work.

Terrible customer service, always told something different every time I go. Huge waste of time. Arrogant and unhelpful staff.I hate the thought of even having to go to service New Brunswick.Words cannot explain how frustrating and infuriating this place is.

Typical government office run by a bunch of rude & nasty people who are only there to eat lunch. Wouldn't reccomend going here unless absolutely necessary, which seems to be for everything. Get it together canada, make stuff available online so no one else has to be bullied by these people.

Renewed my registration online and after waiting a month and not receiving it in the mail I decided to call to see if they had an answer as to why. Philipe answered the call and says I can come into the office and pick it up in person which I was fine with. After arriving at the office with my receipt number they tell me I need a copy of my insurance which I did not bring because they failed to tell me needed it. I would recommend improving your staffs knowledge and service.

I just relocate to Saint John along with my family. Did the car registration, health card request and driver license in no time. Surprisingly fast and kind. The young woman was knowledgeable and fast. It was a rainy day and no wait time at all. Much better than in other provinces we have been before.

Visited SNB SJI have never been treated so well. Staff(Emily & Ted ) went above and beyond, their professionalism and patience and dedication to their work is very obvious. They are a definite asset to their department and excellent ambassadors to clients who they serve.

Completely add iorgnizead and the cue is random so you have no idea how long you will need to endure the complete incompetence of the staff!!! Not one person there can complete a transaction in less than 20 minutes regardless of how simple it is! Just another example of what a failure this province is!!!

do not go for driving test here. they always give different reason for the same thing. if person make sure the way of other cars then they say you made a traffic if not then will say you did not give way to the other vehicle they just make in their mind what they want to do just want to pick anything not to pass the person
