I called Renegade Autobody in September for a quote on some body work for my truck. It is now mid November and I have inquired several times about the progress of my quote. I now do not even get a response.... I have full intentions of supporting a family/local business and I am very disappointed in the service that I have experienced. Just say no if you don't have room for a vehicle....

I called here to get my wife's bearings changed we only had enough $ to do 1 side at a time but they did both for us on their own decision. They must've seen that she had her hands full with our 2 toddlers. Thanks guys we will definitely be using you in the future.

I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready by Friday. It took a little longer so they came in on Saturday to finished it then even dropped it off at my house. The best part is they charged me less than what they had quoted me who does that. The damage was from hitting a moose and you can't tell at all great job

Renegade dealt with my car same day so I could get back on the road, updated me and gave me repair options. Amanda was incredibly helpful and great to deal with. I will absolutely go back and I would highly recommend their shop.

INSTALLED BROKEN PART. REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR IT. ALSO FULL TANK OF GAS MISSING WHEN I PICKED MY VEHICLE UPHello everybody, my truck was having issues starting so I brought it to renegade auto to replace the starter. I specifically asked them to replace the starter, didn't ask for a diagnostic. They replaced it within a few days but my truck was still having issues starting, so I went to another mechanic for a second opinion and because they specialize in older trucks like mine. I told this other mechanic to not bother checking the starter because renegade auto replaced it. 2 months later and 900$ in bills from diagnostics they came to the conclusion that the starter renegade auto put in was faulty. I approached renegade auto and told them what happened and had receipts to show them. Gave them the broken starter back that they put in. I asked for a refund (didnt even go after them for the extra 900$ i had to pay because of their mistake) just the part they replaced. They told me that they would have to send the starter back to the manufacture for a refund before they could refund me (pretty shady of them to make us wait on my dime for their mistake) 2 weeks later I emailed them and asked if they got news back from the parts company. They told me that the parts company won't refund them so they won't refund me. So they put a broken part in my truck then refused to refund me even after I proved it was in the mechanics for 2 months with receipts and it was in fact their mistake. This is a shady outfit people, definetly better places to go for your mechanical needs. STAY AWAY! Also when I picked up my truck from them a full tank of gas was missing! I asked them what happened and they said it was siphoned and they had a vehicle and figure doing it late at night on camera. They didn't steal my gas but there is no security there for your vehicle. I was offered no compensation for any of these things. I heard good things about this company and I like to support local but going there was a mistake!Note: I sent them this review before I posted it. Gave them a week to reconsider their decision. They wanted to talk in person but I wanted to keep it through email so i could document what they said. They never responded after i said that. Unfortanete that they handled this situation like this.
