Honest, fair, responsive and the best customer service I've experienced in years.I deal with a lot of companies both personally and professionally. Roldorf's responsiveness is incredible and it's very clear that they actually care about their customers, which is very rare.I will go out of my way, and pay more, to work with them - over anyone else.

They have amazing customer service. I went in there today with an old tissot watch I just got and they taught me a lot about watches and how they measure if a watch needs servicing or not. They then gave me some more affordable options I could choose instead of a full service. In my case I just chose to have the gasket replaced. They are very professional 10/10

Brilliant people, with fantastic customer service! I went in today to procure a replacement spring bar, surprisingly the folks provided me with two complimentary replacements - having never been to the shop before this level of service was a breath of fresh air. I had a great experience at Roldorf & Co. Mary was super nice in emails and in person, customer service is top notch when I enquired about very specific watch questions. Jason is very knowledgeable and even took the time to very patiently explain and teach me how to use some tools.Definitely recommend this very cool horology shop. The shop itself has very interesting old school deco, including two 1970s Canada Post high chairs. Around the walls of the shop there are watches on display and a healthy selection of watch straps of different styles and sizes in a wooden cabinet.Definitely would visit again for any watch related repairs or improvements. Jason and Mary are a bunch of true watch enthusiasts that are a joy to deal with. They went out of their way to find me the perfect watch for my wedding at a reasonable price and now I have a beautiful watch that I'll hopefully be able to pass down to my future children

From Mary's return email right through to the purchase of my new Sinn U50 everyone at Roldorf was a pleasure to deal with. The entire team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was clear to see that they were watch enthusiasts at heart which is a far cry from what I experienced at a number of other shops in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in horology.

My favourite independent watch shop, place to bring all my horological needs, and hangout. Jason, Kino, Bonnie and Mary all do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome, providing insight into the watches, servicing them and selling you a watch you’ll love.I’ve bought a couple of Bremont watches here (and ogled many Sinn watches) and have had multiple watches serviced. Absolutely recommended and well worth a visit to see their fine collection of Sinn watches.
