Shoppers Drug Mart

The medication I was purchasing was $15 more at Shoppers than any other drug store in Victoria. When I enquired why the lady pharmacist in a very condescending tone told me she doesn’t set prices. I will not go to this chain for any medication in the future they are the most expensive in Canada.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and have been dissatisfied every time I have entered. I was having to mail something and was being helped by Kelly at the Canada post desk, her attitude was completely rude and condescending. She was very short tempered and belligerent during my transactions, especially when I was asked a simple question. It was humiliating and embarrassing and I have never been treated with such disrespect. This is the second time I have received this type of service at this location from the same employee. As mentioned in a previous unhappy review, I understandy times like these are hard and stressful during the holidays, but there was not one other person at the counter during my time there, nor does it mean I deserved to be treated the way that I was. I will most certainly not be returning to this store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Smaller retail drugstore but seems to cram in all the essentials. Fast efficient post office outlet and all the staff seem to be courteous

Went there for a covid shot. Super efficient, super friendly. Thank you thank you thank you. My low rating is because of lack of bicycle parking. There is nowhere to lock a bike in the entire mall. Tillicum is a bike route. It's 2022. Want more business? Tell mall owner to get a bike rack.

I go a delivery notice from Canada Post. Conveniently, they put their hours right on there so you know when it's a good time to go. I saw that they didn't close for another hour and a half so off I went. But they were closed. Why put the hours on there if it's wrong? Incompetence I guess.

Pharmacy staff are great and there is very seldom any waiting needed for pre-ordered prescriptions. Dispensing fee a little higher than London Drugs, but it's worth every penny just to avoid the endless lines and hour-long waits for service.

So disappointed with My husband made a online Covid-19 vaccine Appointment in Shoppers on Nov.5 @9:40 in the morning! When the date closer I had called the shoppers asking for if could change another time because our family had some issues, but one of the pharmacist said:” no , you better keep it or make another appointment “ so I had to adjust our schedule with babysitting our little one…….when my husband arrived on Nov. 5 @9:40am,he found the shoppers on 10 am !! Are you kidding?? ! my husband wait until after 10 am the shoppers opened the door and someone told him that his appointment had been canceled because the store opened at 10 am , my questions are : who told my husband the appointment was canceled and who told him the store opened by 10 am …..before he was there ! Thank you shoppers

My family member is extremely low income and wasn't aware that there are medications that were covered by the government and meds that aren't. We found out after the fact that they charged a pretty decent mark up. When I spoke to the assistant there they were really quite rude. As a pharmacy assistant myself, I would never talk to a patient like that, especially when its about something as sensitive as money. I hope that this review helps even one person out. Check your pricing at other pharmacies before paying. I would wish that the pharmacy owner/manager could train their assistants to be empathetic and be mindful of the way they say things and treat customers. This was my first time experiencing this pharmacy, and certainly my last.

I love LOVE this location because the staff are so friendly! The people who are cross trained in the Canada Post area are relaxed and knowledgeable. One person got me set up with a Business Solutions card, and has even kept me informed about changes that were upcoming (like taking away light packet). Even tho I have my labels printed, I feel safer giving them to a person because of a past incident. They don't mind and it reassures me. Thanks you guys! Keep up the great work :)
