My kids goes to this place and we don't have a choice. For 5 days the rate is approx 1600+ per month per kid and the quality is dropping. The caregivers are mostly immigrants and under trained. The way they behave with kids is way below standards. My kids not want to go here anymore and they have complains almost every single day. You pick you kid at the end of day and you see your kid with runny nose, untidy clothes and diapers with poop leftover as they don't clean/change kids diapers properly. Very disappointing and looking for another place.

Excellent, caring staff and structured programs. Mealtimes and snacks are appealing to the children. Clean and safe facilities that are fun for the kids to play in. Pricing is above average vs other daycares but they provide decent value.

I sent my daughter for a temporary. Even though it was a short term she really enjoyed. She is still talking about this place. Highly recommend

It has been a year I have been sending my kid to Kids and co Richmond and I am super happy with the centre.The teachers including the director and the assistant director are really helpful and nice; they are good listeners and the director always emails me back within a day if I have any questions or concerns. Moreover, my daughter (20 months old) loves to go to the daycare!!!! They have a plenty of programs and my daughter's room has a full of paintings and crafts that she made at the daycare. Whenever I pick her up, her diaper is clean and sometimes I see she has runny nose but it's ok!The food is good as well. When I drop my daughter at the daycare, the teachers run to my daughter and hug her warmly. You can feel that they honestly love kids. Just full of great experience :) Thank you everybody!!!!

My daughter stayed 6 months in this daycare and she loved it. The director is simply unique, very attentive and always willing to help. My daughter was going through her terrible two and her teachers, I don't know if I can write names, but they were very patient and respectful of her, thank you so much Ms. D and Mr. K, you are excellent professionals. Also they have a menu that changes according to the seasons. The school is very organized and clean. Toys and books are updated and they have an app reporting your child's day, and also have access to the camera so you can spy whenever you want. I really recommend and miss everyone from this place. Thank you.

Great day care. Our daughter went there for 2 years and half; teachers are amazing and truely care for the kids. The program is good and emphasizes on craft, creativity but also teaching important values such as respect, indigenous culture, black history month ... Teachers helped her to get potty trained and the meals looks good and healthy.

I took my daughter here for 10 months you don't get what you pay for, not that I have any complaints it's just not worth the tuition fee,The teacher’s there whom we had experience with was really bad experience , they treat kid’s so bad , please avoid !

Love this daycare. My daughter attends only 1 day a week and they are so attentive and remember her preferences. They are so kind and gentle with her; and always recognize me, and address me by name when I pick her up.
