Chevron - Gas Station

all pumps were diesel only???? No sign from the road indicating this and just wasted my time checking every single one. Cashier inside was useless.

This indian lady that works graveyard is always hiding in the back and takes forever to come out. i dont think ive never seen here not talking to her phone everytime i come to buy something. and the rudeness when she takes your order is way over the limit. management gotta do something bout it.

This gas station has a great location, an ATM, an Amazon pick up locker a huge selection of food and drinks and lots of gas pumps. Located right next to a Wendy’s/Tim Hortons and has public washrooms during the day. They don’t let people in at night but have a window to help customers pay and recieve items, that being said I’m teetering on the edge of four and five stars but I’ll still give 5.

Sunday afternoon, there was a young Indian guy in his twenties. This is the second time I've noticed him displaying a strange attitude. It's difficult to explain because I'm from the States and I've never encountered people giving off passive-aggressive vibes like this before. Essentially, he becomes annoyed for no apparent reason, even though we've been polite to him. It seems like he gets upset or offended when customers don't purchase as much as he wants. For example, he tries to sell extra items like lotto tickets or scratch-offs, and if customers don't buy as much as he hopes, he appears irritated. I used to charge my EV and thought I would buy drinks at Chevron (since charge for free) , but not anymore. This is definitely not the level of customer service I expect in North America.

Store slowed pumps so you have a feeling that your getting more gas.. Way too slow and will avoid this location till they understand we are the customers.. Shell pumps seem to work normally..

NOT CLEANING PUMPS Enough. Filthy Oily Pumps not cleaned nearly enough especially during COVID. Does Not Have Tap for payment. Pumps pumps slow likely because pump filter changes are overdue.

Guy in the morning was extremely rude for no reason at all, change your attitude bro, no reason to talk like that or raise your voice.

I am Intrigued how they're allowed to have different prices on different roads. I guess this is a tactic of false advertising. Every penny counts now and dont like being bamboozled!

Called to asked for a price of a product they were selling and was refused an answer. What business model are they running by? They have definitely lost my business with this, 'I could care less about the customer' attitude.

My favourite Chevron: pumps were replaced, a few months ago, and they are speedy. Even payment processing is very quick, with a tip-tap. The only down side is that it can be difficult to get out, when Kingsway is busy (as happens, every rush hour). Fortunately, we're in Canada, and other drivers are nice: someone always lets you in.
