First time dealing with Klippenstein I needed a truck ASAP and they had what I needed fast turn around and always delivered the truck to the airport as I was coming from timmins very friendly and easy to deal with I will for sure be buying another truck from them in the future

Just amazing! I highly recommend the Klippenstein Team!Not a lucky day for me when my brake dust shield partially broke off after arriving for a day of site work 2 hours from home. Klippenstein Team to the rescue! They booked me in on short notice, were super kind and flexible when CAA tow times changed, made the vehicle drivable again, gave a complimentary wash and vacuum (totally not expected given the short time they had!!) and generously dropped my car back off for me at my work site no questions asked! They kept me well informed of the status throughout the day and turned what was initially a stressful situation into a lovely experience! Thank you all for taking great care of me and my vehicle!

Great place to get you vehicle serviced. When I'm in the ridgetown area this is where I take my cars. Reasonably priced but with extra service. The diagnostic with pictures is a nice touch.

Wanted to give a big shout out to all the guys at Klippenstein Service Inc. These guys always go above and beyond! whether it's a complete wash and vacuum after any type of service or making sure your weekend rental is ready to roll, these guys got you covered!I had rented a 30 person bus this past weekend from Klippensteins to ensure everyone in the Rec Hockey League got to their games safely after some afternoon activities. That morning I received a call from a frantic Melvin Klippenstein explaining to me that the bus I rented had just blew a line and it wouldn't be able to be fixed in time to get everyone to their games. I started to panic, but without thinking twice Melvin said don't worry, I got this. To Make long story short Melvin assured me not to change my plans and he would take care of everything else. When I arrived to the pick up location Melvin had a 56 seater Coach Bus waiting for us to board. He even took time out of his own day and personally drove us where we needed to go. I want to thank Klippenstein Service Inc for all of their help and friendly small town support. None of this would have been possible without guys like you!!!

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, and I was looking for a rare car, a hybrid Jetta, and there is not a lot of these around! I found one model at Klippenstein Service Inc, located in Ridgetown, in southern Ontario, hundreds of miles away from Ottawa. Melvin contacted me right after I sent an email asking if the vehicle was still available. He was so helpful all along the way. He even agreed to keep the vehicle for me for three weeks, instead of selling it earlier, I couldn't drive earlier. So three weeks later, I drove down to Klippenstein Service to pick up the car, which was in pristine condition. All small details had been taken care of by Melvin and his team. He even drove around just to find me an Ontarian license plate in French, which is not so common down there. I have to say that the car was also very reasonably priced, especially for hybrids right now. All and all, I would drive back to Ridgetown to get another vehicle, it was definitely worth it!

We just purchased a 2016 Silverado from this dealership. The check engine light came on before our warranty expired , we got a hold of them and right away they had us bring back the vehicle , gave us a loaner and within an appropriate time they had fixed the issues (which was minor ). We are so happy with their services and the vehicle itself . They have been in the business for a good amount of time for a reason . Thank you .

Seriously the absolute best dealership around, the staff is extremely friendly and will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. They made my first buying experience an amazing one, they stayed two hours late just to put new wheels on my new truck and also did some extra work to the front bumper so that the tires fit safely since I brought my own.I can honestly say Klippenstein will be the first place I look to find a new vehicle from now on, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
