Northland Apartments
I lived here as a student and the convenience and amenities were way beyond dorms or other places I looked at living in Red Deer. The managers were so easy to communicate with and very lovely people. I have nothing bad to say about living in these apartments.

Northland Apartments
I currently have contacted the company and my landlord over 6 times on the issues of no hot water for my suite. They have not tried to contact me back in any sort of way. The phone number on google is no longer in use and the company phone takes you straight to voicemail. This company is extremely unprofessional and I will not be moving into another northland owned property again.

My partner and I Loved living here! Kip and Sharon are easy to communicate with and kept the lobby, elevator, and hallways super clean!! Would definitely recommend
