This company deserves this 5 star rating. Naresh was saviour during this hot weather when I found myself without AC due to a blown fan in my furnace. He came over within 15 mins of me calling to have a look and diagnose the problem and then came back later that day to fix the issue! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace repairs done with professionalism, efficiency and at reasonable costs.

Quick but quite rude, dismissive responses to email. Why list services on your web site that you do not actually provide (duct work)? Then change story that a single-family home is too small a job? You don't even have a business office - you work out of your own house. Wow.

Naresh and the team at Scarborough heating are great! Naresh was very responsive and friendly when my furnace stopped working and came and replaced the faulty circuit board within the next day or two. I also used their services for a general clean of my furnace and to flush and clean my tank-less water heater. I hired Naresh and his team again last summer to install an AC. The AC worked great, but I had an issue with where they initially placed the AC unit, and the team was out to move it today, without any hassle. I highly recommend their services, and will be using them again in the future should the need arise.

This is the second time using there service and they have not let me down. My furnace went down last week, so I called them and Narish(owner) scheduled me in right away. They came on time 8 am. They were professional and clean up after they finished. They quoted me before arriving and stayed with that quote when done. Great work and I would recommend them and use them again. The last time I use them was for AC repair. He came by and look at my AC and gave me 2 options replacing the coil or brand new AC. He told me looking at the unit he recommended the replacing the coil. I have not had an issue since replacing it. I did a little Google search and most service tell you to replace the AC even though the unit is still good.

Excellent prompt service! Naresh came within an hour and a half of our call with the right part. He got our furnace going again just before the freezing rain hit. We’ve been using Scarborough Heating & AC for years and they have always done a great job for a reasonable price.

Scarborough Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new high efficiency furnace for me and have been providing service for both heating and cooling maintenance. Narish and his team did a great job with the installation, particularly as it was a tricky spot to install and properly vent the furnace. Their pricing is very fair, they are professional, courteous and helpful.

Today Mersey sent Mr.Farook to do a cleaning and maintenance to the furnace and air humidifier . Mr Farook did the job diligently ,professionally . He was friendly and knowledgeable .He explained all the services he has done to both the furnace and humidifier.Excellent Job , thank you Mr. Farook and Mersey .
