Marcie, my sales representative, was friendly, and patient as I went through the common complexities of a first time buyer. She made me feel at ease, and promptly responded to any questions.

Selling a 3rd person warranty and have no idea what they are selling. 125 plus tax to take 2 tires off the rim and put them on new rims and balance. Come on. 47 bucks at Canadian tire. I can see charging more for work only a dealer can do. But how do you stay in business charging like that.

I've bought a number of vehicles from this dealership and they've always matched or found a better deal that I could get anywhere else. I've never felt pressured by anyone in the sales department, which makes buying a car so much easier. But the reason I keep coming back is their service department is excellent, they're always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. If for whatever reason a service appointment takes a bit longer, they'll pick up and drop off customers so you don't have to wait around, one time I forgot I booked an oil change appointment while I was away on vacation, they went and picked up my truck, did the service and dropped back off at my place and let me pay the bill the next time I went in. I've dealt with too many dealerships that have dodgy service departments that have left a bad taste in my mouth and you have to fight to get warranty work done, but I've never experienced that here.

While on vacation, we encountered codes coming up on our F-150 while pulling a travel trailer. We stopped in hoping they could assist us spur of the moment. Travis, one of the mechanic's came out immediately and reset the trucks computer for us. We truly appreciated his kindness. Thank you Travis!

I recently purchased an f150, sales staff Marcie and Chris were very helpfull the truck was also full of fuel 136L! Too early to tell if the truck is any good but at least the shopping experience was positive.

I took in a Silverado truck to be detailed and it was not an easy job and I knew it. They had it for when they opened and I asked for the silver package which was almost Two hundred dollars and was to be done at about 2 in the afternoon. I got a call about 1 o'clock saying it was not going to be done until 5, I got it at 430.That is really not why they are getting a bad rating the reason is they did a horrible job and then charge me for a gold package which came to over 300 hundred. I okayed it because I thought maybe it did take that long. What I think happened is they forgot about it and didnt start the job until around 1 and than rushed it because I needed it back and tried covering up that they had forgot about it. I have had vehicles detailed before so I know what a good job looks like. They vacuumed and shampooed it but you can still see dirt on the sides of the seats and dog hair. Also they always armoral them and not one surface was armoralled. Actually the dash and the the doors didn't look like they had been cleaned at all it honestly didn't look any different than when I took it in it was still dirty at the edges. It had a quick cleaning before it was taken in because it is being sold so i know what it looked like before. Very upset and will never take a vehicle to them again for detailing.

Had some warranty work done and the guys at ford did a great job and got my truck back on the road in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work!
