Didn’t even go into the store because interaction with the employee was so poor. Store was not open at 12:30pm on a Thursday. Assumed staff was out for lunch and waited in car. A car pulled up next to me which a man arms full of mcdonalds came out the driver and made a loud comment “stupid people don’t know how to park”. He continued to go and unlock the door and sit at the counter eating his food. I got out my car and checked my parking, I am within the painted lines, straight with even spacing on both sides to allow him to access his car. Extremely rude person which made me go online and write this review without ever stepping foot into this store. (Location is on St Annes in the Worthington Plaza but cannot find exact address on google)

If I can give 0, I will! I came in and I was stared at and not even acknowledged. I then asked if this is where I order parts and the guy didn't even stand up his desk and just talked to me from there. I then asked what I needed and was quoted a different price from what I was told by my friend. I then told the guy" behind the desk about the price and he chuckled. He then proceeded with my "friend" might know or work for a company that gets discounts.. He then told me that they have something else but they don't have it in stock. I then left feeling not taken seriously and wasting their precious time. Awful customer service. The people seemed like they hate their jobs. Not going to recommend this place at all."

Brought a car that comes with a battery that they sold, the sticker that on the battery is in 15/06, went there to ask them for a repalcement because the battery is lacking, they won't do it with out the receipt, wth?
