Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
Good service at the front desk. Rooms and hotel haven’t aged that well. My room cooling wasnt the same as what the temperature control showed how much ever I lowered it. So had a hot room and thus didn’t sleep well.

Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
Overall my experience was good. Every encounter I had with a staff member was pleasant. My family and I enjoyed the spacious pool. The free breakfast was better than I expected and there were plenty of seats.I wasn't impressed by the room. The room was clean but I could tell it needs some love. I was disappointed to see a peeling ceiling above the shower and worn down paint near door handles.The hotel is quite close to The Burlington Center, The Royal Botanical Gardens, The Waterfront Trail and various amenities. I think everything we visited was no more than a 10 minute drive from the hotel!Will recommend.

Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
This is the second best western I have stayed in two days. The only reason I stayed in this one is because it was the only one that had availability! I also thought it looked better on outside then the one I stayed in at Morristown. It is no better the bath tub was disgusting there is a hole it looked like someone kicked the bathroom door. The bed is hard as a rock. Both places advertise for pool but neither one work. Floor was gross wore my shoes the entire time. Slept on top of covers do to stains at both places. Will not ever stay at Best Western in my life again.

Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
I was very iffy on what the hotel would be like since it's marked as a 2 star hotel, which I usually don't stay at. I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel is older and there is some wear and tear, and only one elevator BUT the rooms and hallways were very clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good with a good variety if options. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order. I would stay again.

Rooms are dated and are expected to be renovated by the beginning of next year. Some staff go above and beyond while others do not. Overall, hotel was okay. 4/10.

Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
Great location, just off the highway, 10 minutes from the lake. The room, bathroom and common areas were exceptionally clean. The staff members were friendly, helpful, everyone greeted me with a smile. They have a small but well equipped gym and a decent size pool. Free parking, complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices - including gluten free cereal and plant based milk. Great price for the value.

Clean rooms. Excellent pool. Lots of parking. Friendly front office staff. The hot breakfast did not come close to meeting expectations because the sausages were hot dogs, the hash browns were too dry to eat, and parts of the scrambled eggs were grey. The fold down seat in the accessible shower was not horizontal because some of the bolts holding it were coming out of the wall a little bit.

This Place is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Was only there for one night so didn't get to see all the amenities there. The breakfast was great lots to choose from and hot. I would stay there again if I were in the area gain.

Great location, very clean room, very comfortable bed. As a Best Western Rewards member, I was treated like royalty and given an upgrade upon check-in without asking. Great location about 3 minutes from the Burlington GO station to get to Toronto.

Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites
This hotel is not too shabby! We stayed here for a weekend family trip to Burlington and found this hotel to be conveniently located off of the highway within 10-20 minute drives from central areas such as restaurants and lakeshore.The hotel room itself was little bit dark due in part to the limited lights located in the room. The hotel shows some of its age but is serviceable especially for a short stay. No complaints as we’ll consider booking again if in the area.
