Amazing service, cannot recommend Alana's flowers enough. I ordered online from the UK and the process was very simple. I got the address wrong but the team made a special effort to find out the proper address for me to ensure the successful delivery of my gift. I can't imagine better service. 100% recommended. I’ve been dealing with Alana’s Flower for at least 20 years for my wife’s Birthdays , Anniversary, and recently my Brother Spray for his funeral ,,,the girls were always friendly and Professional , The best Flower shop in Etobicoke, Cheers Gary.

Ordered from Alana's first time on March 7 and have to say I was really impressed with the service and the quality of the flowers I got. My order was delivered next day in the morning and was a wonderful surprise for my wife on international women's day.The bouquet ages very well, it is now into the third day after purchase and still looks stunning (see pic). I will definitely order again for upcoming events!

FLOWERS LASTED BEAUTIFULLY! Friends sent us a sympathy bouquet from Alana's Flowers. It was among the first ones we received and it stayed lovely long after all the other bouquets were dead ... easily 3 weeks, and approaching 4 weeks. Those must have been VERY FRESH flowers and it was so nice to enjoy them for so long. We were thrilled to learn that Alana's is in our neighbourhood - we will start using them when we need to send flowers ourselves!

Hello, I purchased the orchids from you today over the phone and my son picked them up this afternoon. He sent me a picture and I feel for the price of $150 it should have been a little bigger. I had purchased an orchid arrangement previously double of what you gave use for $200. I was expecting more as to why I asked for a picture prior to the flowers leaving.THIS IS THE FLORIST RESPONSEHi Daniela, thank you for your message. We have fulfilled your order up to the value. Our single potted cascading orchids are priced at $89.95 on our website and in store and your arrangement contained 2 of them. These orchids are premium waterfall phaleanopsis and we carry different varieties depends of the seasonal availability. Unfortunately we didn't have same variety that you've most likely purchased last time.I posted the picture of the $150 orchid arrangement to the pictures section. I am a very fair person and I always strive to give my customers excellent quality and service. I feel that for the price that was charged for the orchid arrangement should have been a bigger arrangement. This was a gift for our cherished family members wedding that we were not able to attend and I ordered this over the phone. I usually don’t give reviews but this is a good learning experience for me and others to beware when ordering over the phone as I am embarrassed to have given this arrangement as a gift. I am not suggesting that Alana’s flowers will not provide others with beautiful arrangements but I was disappointed with mine as they have good reviews from past customers.

Great experience here my girlfriends birthday is tomorrow and I decided last minute to add flowers to her gift. I called and asked if something could be put together last minute and was assured that it could be and even in her favorite colour,purple and within fifteen minutes I had picked it up and the bouquet is beautiful with a really nice assortment of flowers and they are so fresh that even though my ride home was only like ten minutes my whole car smelt amazing thank you so much for the help and take care! 10 out of 5 stars!

Paid $65 plus delivery for a bouquet of mostly leaves with 4 flowers stuffed in. Updated to add the owner called the person I sent these flowers (my mother in law!) to to speak to her about my review. I found this to be very inappropriate. When I called and asked her about it she said it was to investigate" to see if someone had pulled flowers out of the bouquet. Unbelievable. Also if the owner is reading this
