Marcus Kwan is great to work with! He picks up problems of my posture that cause my back and shoulder pain. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning for further treatments.All the staff members at Hartwell Therapy & Wellness of Ontario location are very nice and the place is clean.

Was at lifelabs next door and since I now have extended coverage tried to make an appointment at this facility. However they won't take appointments without a credit card. Which I do not have. And my debit was not a Visa debit.Just a heads up that is kind of a poor booking process.

THE BEST place to get you fixed up. Rob is an absolute miracle worker. Empathetic, passionate, and everything else you could imagine. Don't get me started on Mason. Best customer service, helped me reschedule my appointment with ease. I wouldn't know what to do if this location closed.

I always enjoy my experience at Hartwell, and especially with my therapist Genelle. The facilities are Covid-safe, continuing with the use of face masks and plexiglass dividers. Genelle is always extremely friendly and very professional in her role. I would recommend anyone to visit her and Hartwell as a whole!

For many years I have been seeing different providers for Acupuncture but I am glad I found somebody that can consistently produce results in terms of managing my shoulder and back pain.I highly recommend Ryan Jaw for acupuncture treatments as he employs different kinds of methods to help alleviate chronic pain and manage it in a way that it would slowly recede.I've had recurring back problems which can't be avoided being someone who works from home and is on the computer for at least 8-10 hours a day. Ryan employs acupuncture, cupping, STIM and manual work on muscles to really get rid of my tired muscles. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to asking for advise whether it's about the issue you're seeing him for or sports - especially Pickleball.Thanks so much Ryan for all that you do and I hope you help more people like me!

I had an appointment yesterday with Alfred Tung [he is a part of the Hartwell Student Massage Program] and I had a really great experience with him! He made the entire experience comfortable and he always asked if I felt any pain or discomfort and addresses them accordingly. I woke up today feeling significantly less pain and soreness on my shoulder!!Will definitely recommend him to anyone I know :) Thanks Alfred!!

Had a really great experience at Hartwell! The staff is friendly and cooperative, and they have a great kinesiology room. The front desk was very helpful with booking appointments, and would help me with any billing questions I had. The physio and massage therapists helped me get back to work after my accident, and I left feeling significantly better. Would highly recommend coming here!

I have know Jamie Hartwell for the past 5 years now, she was my physio at Total Therapy and I've watched her grow her business from one clinic to three with the opening of the latest Hartwell Clinic on Victoria. She invited me to be part of initial Yoga Rehab class, three years ago and I continue with these classes to date.I have come very far from my first few classes with Celina who encouraged us to go at our own pace, but managed to get us to quite an advanced level by the end of that first year. The clinic had to rethink how to offer these classes and now they are available online or in person which is a nice option for those with busy schedules.I'm currently in class with Sioban McCormick, who was also my coach with the Learn to Run clinic this past summer. Sioban is patient, explains each pose specifically and its benefits, is attentive to technique, and after listening to our feedback has increased the difficulty of our exercise program. Her class is one I look forward to every week, as I may come in to the studio (which is well equipped with mats and other props) tired, but leave feeling refreshed and happy I came to class.If you're wondering if this class is for you, it's easy to try with options of 6 weeks or 12 weeks, in-person or online, convenient location with lots of parking and an excellent instructor. Give it a try!

I had my physiotherapy appointment with Hartwell Therapy and Wellness for my right shoulder strain. I had the service of Physiotherapist Rajwant Chahal who is very welcoming and approachable person. I am really satisfied with her service.
