Maguire Shoes

I don’t live in Montreal (anymore) but I heard about Maguire shoes a year ago!! I tried a few different boots in store a month ago (helpful/wonderful staff at the st Laurent street location) and finally set my heart on one pair… I ordered it online and this week I received them !! ❤️❤️❤️ Love them !! Quality/stylish !!Very happy with my purchase !!

Black Prato shoes just arrived!! They are beautiful, comfortable and perfect size. Arrived in less than a week since ordering!

Made an order online received that it was delivered when I went to get the delivery it wasn’t there so contacted directly the store explained the situation and they said that they had a problem on the shipping address because it did not correspond to the one given when making the online purchase. They agreed on sending another one and in the case that we did not get the shoes they would reimburse. Today I went to the store to see where my order was at when the owner of the store saw my face she decided otherwise and said that I was committing fraud that he will not reimburse or send another package this is clearly discrimination this store is 100% wrong because they said some things on the phone and when seeing my face they changed their mind and treating me like a criminal because of the way I looked. Very disrespectful very disappointing I cannot believe that in 2022 they’re still this kind of not appropriate behavior I am just flabbergasted and shocked of the way that Maguire shoes treat their customers who actually purchased an item that cost more than $300 and treat us like we are thieves and not owning up to their responsibilities

I wanted to love this company so much but I have purchased three pairs of shoes from them and they have all been disappointing. The loafers fit super narrow so I never wear them. The boots ripped along the seam and even after I brought them to the cobbler they ripped in another place. I purchased sandals where the velcro is now ripping off along the seam. I will bring them to the cobbler and continue to wear them but unfortunately I've had other shoes that have cost much less and lasted much longer. The prices are way too high for shoes of this quality.

I went to this store to buy a pair of boots that I saw on the website. The staff was not friendly and even didn’t have an inclusive attitude! Very disappointing…. there was a pair of boots that I wanted to buy then when I checked them carefully you could see the right one had a different leather texture. Even my friend who was with me noticed it. But both sellers wanted to convince me that I am wrong and hallucinating and it’s natural leather that could look different. They simply didn’t care and were not helpful at all. At the end the girl was happy to get rid of me… It’s a pity as I’ve been always valuing the local brands. This one is a no go for sure!

Excellent customer service, did not end up buying shoes due to lifestyle/shoe incompatibility, but CS was super helpful and I would recommend them in the future.

So in love with all the shoes I have ordered from Maguire, the quality is like nothing else I have ever bough (designer included). The three styles i own, I have worn so much and will continue to wear for a long time. Not only are they classic but very fashionable. The ADRIA is a must get!Im not only in love with the shoes but so proud to support a Canadian/Women own business.
