Pretentiously overpriced and inflated restaurant! $40 for an “Angus Fillet” that was NOT a fillet and NOT even seasoned - with sloppy greens and a few rubbery parsnips. The “dungeonous crab pasta” was the biggest joke we’ve ever seen in a restaurant at $38!!!! I’m NOT exaggerating when I say that there was less than a half a teaspoon of crab placed on the edge of the plate - less than a thimble full, for real!!! The pasta was cold and chewy (as was the steak by the way). We’ve NEVER payed that kind of money for pasta in our lives. Nor should anyone - but it was a special occasion and a treat, we thought?! We ordered the $16 gnocchi appetizer.....there were 6 small pieces of gnocchi on the plate - you can’t make this stuff up. $16?? The restaurant decor is a bit drab and hardly worthy of the “elevated dining” experience that they self-proclaim. Nothing we ate was seasoned, at all...and we had to ask for pepper TWICE while our food got colder, if that was even possible considering it was already at room temp. There was no salt or pepper on the tables. Understanding that fine dining kitchens do not put seasoning on the table as it’s an insult to the chef, is actually an insult to the guests’ intelligence, as the food was bland, tasteless and extremely sub par, especially at those prices. The insult to injury was the double vodka soda I ordered. There was no vodka in the drink. None. I quietly told the waitress that the drink had no vodka in it and she said that she had made it herself and that there was definitely vodka in it. She told me that they use SKYY vodka and that it has almost no flavour to it...really?...really?...I’m not going to suggest an untruth here, but I may suggest that the bottles are watered down. For real. It was a double vodka and soda water...lots of ice...so you would taste the vodka without question. Just extremely disappointing. We felt ripped off, and really, that’s what this restaurant is - a huge rip-off! We were ripped off. What was supposed to be a special night out for my wife and I, was a colossal disappointment. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Half the items on menu weren’t available. Service was so slow. Exorbitantly overpriced for no reason. Avoid this place like the plague.

We had bouillabaisse and the steak. Both were superb. Carrot sides were also fantastic and my wife ate most of my fries side despite her not liking fries! View is amazing.

This restaurant was a big disappointment. We ordered a shrimp pasta that was served with vegan pasta. While the 4 shrimp were nice, the pasta tasted like glue and wasn’t edible.We told the waitress and pointed out that it was not listed on the menu as vegan pasta. She told us that as a small restaurant they needed to cater to a variety of dietary needs. Fair enough but the customer needs to know without having to ask if in fact they have chosen a vegan option. There was no offer of another meal nor was there compensation on the bill. I would not recommend this restaurant!

A great dining option in SilverStar. Service was excellent and the food was yummy.

What a joke of a restaurant. The waiter was nice to start until I suggested that they shouldn't list a meal under entree if it's a salad. My meal was listed under Entrees and described as an entree but it was presented as a salad. Are waiter immediately turned childish and immature and treated us very rudely. Both meals were bland and tasteless and when my boyfriend complained to the waiter that his pasta didn't taste like anything, the waiter just walked away- didn't offer a different meal, or extra sauce or anything! Then we were told we couldn't use our Silver Star gift cards there even though we had spoken to someone on the phone the day before who specifically said we could use them there. Don't waste your money here.
