After reading the reviews, I thought I gave this location a try to see if it improves since last reviews. Sadly no. The management should just need to find one competent barista even if that means to pay them more. Customers will not go here until the quality of the drinks we order improves. I ordered matcha latte and it’s extremely bitter to a point not drinkable and it’s boiling hot. A good starbucks barista will know how hot and how much to put in a drink. Again I dont blame much to the employee, he is new and clearly doesnt know much about being a starbucks barista. The management should go beyond and above to find a really good barista. It wont help if employees are coming and go working there.

Staff is lacking training and knowledge on how to take orders, use the cash as well as make orders properly. When you go to Starbucks you want consistency and that’s what this location is lacking.

Ordered a hot chocolate, tasted like hot milk. Ask for a replacement he argues and defends himself saying he put appropriate amount of “moka” then proceeds to tell me there’s no more moka to make me another one, my guess is there was barely any moka left and he tried getting away with giving me that instead of just letting me know there’s none left? I told him I’d take a cappuccino instead got a half filled cappuccino, I’m totally ok with bad experiences but I literally wasted money on an overpriced coffee, and got nothing in return. Not the first bad experience there, seems to be a major lack of experience and bad management. Avoid this Starbucks and go to the one down the street!

Was very excited when I saw they were opening a Starbucks inside Provigo... Yeah, that didn't last long! I have ordered at other locations and never had a single issue - but the employees just seem so lost here. I ordered a grande, and the employee asked if that was a large? My boyfriend mentioned once that he felt the drinks here were smaller; come to realize he had been ordering large" and they were giving him grande's... So yeah

Gives all the other Starbucks a bad name. If your looking to wait (and there isn’t even a line up) hear the front line workers gossip and carryon among themselves and get an overly milky drink come to this Starbucks.
