The recent wind storm had dislodged the stainless steel cap on my chimney. The folks at Kiwi Chimney responded quickly to my voicemail and scheduled a repair visit for the next day. The repairman arrived on time and quickly restored the cap to its proper place. The office coordinator and repairman were both extraordinarily polite, competent, and professional. I will be sure to call upon Kiwi Chimney when I next need one of their services.

Such nice people. Helped me to understand more about my home and my heating system, provided great service, prompt, clean, respectful, and exceedingly easy to deal with. They provide nice documentation of the visit with photos to boot! I have used their services twice for two different issues and will be contacting them when next my chimney needs servicing.

Kiwi Chimney provided excellent professional service and advice for a challenging home renovation project with a birthing room dating to 1730s and multiple chimneys. As a result, the home will be heated safely with mostly wood pellets and our own harvested firewood. They were quick, paid attention to detail and did a great job. The guys were friendly and respectful and did their best to avoid making a mess. The cost was less than what we paid elsewhere and we had them install an inset wood stove in our last 2 houses.Highly recommended.
