Close your drive-thru if you don’t know how to manage it. The employee tells me to wait on the side and someone would come out with my order. Me and three other cars waited on the side for 15 minutes, no other cars in the drive-thru. Mind you, all I ordered was an iced coffee and a wrap. Finally, I walk in because no one was coming out with my order. When I walk in, all the employees were just talking lol. Great customer service!

This place is desperate to meet their SLAs (service level agreements). This week I ordered coffee through drive thru and I saw a black Audi going around in drive thru before and after me… I thought my God! They cannot get his order right? No! It was the owner activating the sensors to raise his SLA stats!!! LMFAO

This used to be my favorite Tim Horton for years however the last few months have been one disappointed after another. All beverages started to taste average at best. Today was served a vanilla latte iced coffee that literally made me gag. I asked the employee to throw it and simply walked away.

Not sure what is going on here. It is far from my best Tim's. It is rare they have a good, efficient team that stays.The service has gotten worse over the past six months or so. The coffee is the only thing that gets served right away and then you have to go park in the front and wait for someone to bring you the rest of your order. I cannot say I like this new way of drive-thru

This used to be the best Tim Hortons. Not sure what has happened over the last couple of months but it takes 20 minutes just to order a coffee. The staff are rude and argue with each other in front of customers. When you do order it isn’t what you wanted.

Employees do their best , they run like chickens with no heads cause of poor management. Not payed enough and we can’t even tip them when we pay by card. Owner needs to man up and give them at least the minimum salary and stop making them run like chickens with no head. Management needs to take management courses

I have been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time. I will no longer go there.It says 24 hours on the door. I showed up twice. I had to wait around 10 minutes, they were not taking any orders at the cash both times.Selection of donuts was bad the first time, missing the second one.I asked to talk to a supervisor, there wasn't one.There are plenty of alternative.

Reliably good value Tim's. Get the app on the phone. Better offers for frequent flyers. Be patient with staff, some are new and some are just tired of dealing with a$$hole customers who can't get their order straight at drivethru. No! They do not serve chili at this location! Thank you for NOT asking this.

Took 15 min just to order a drink and get it. 5 employees inside, but only one cashier and many angry customers.
