The manager was great with helping when I needed to make a change to my move in date. He spent time going through everything so I was clear on contract, policies, insurance, and how the building/unit works. Trolleys were there for easy unloading.

The Staff and especially the working Regional Manager are amazing to work with. I am a long term storage renter and they have been so helpful and accommodating to my storage needs since I arrived in BC from Alberta. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage Mission to anyone!

Great experience storing our trailer here. We had a mechanical emergency that meant we could not store our trailer in the Okanagan as we usually did. Sentinel was quick and flexible, allowing us to find last minute storage to last us all winter. Would go back again. Only fault would be the soft sand in the outdoor lot, but it is not a deal breaker whatsoever :)

The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were always so helpful, pleasant and customer orientated. The facility was always very clean, carts were always available, and help was always close at hand.Have a vehicle available, was an added plus.
