Stay away they refuse to remove my loan from my credit report that has been settled for years now. Now I’m having to deal with a credit report dispute. Stay away they are just trying to make money off you.

Worst customer support ever and they are slow like molasses. I'm an approuved, returning customer....Was supposed to have money last week. I called three times, there are no missing info, they're jsut slow!After waiting all these days and still no money, I don't need your help anymore! Now try and go cancel a contact you signed...There are many better options. Stay away.Your rep explained there was nothing else she could do it was in the hands of the lenders, they are the ones really not pressed to make deposits. But they take your money fast like hell though.

Their customer service is poor. I have been waiting over 48 hours for a response from them. They asked me me to send all documents again. This is a reloan request I can see having to send my most current bank statement and pay stub but not my id and everything again they should have that all on file from the previous loan.

I would like to say that I highly recommend this company. I am very impressed with the way they solved my problem and was very patient when i was a bit stressed. I want to thank John who personally took responsibility and was available everytime I called. Kudos to John and his staff on a job well done. I am most grateful. Highly recommend.

Stay away from this company, I applied for a loan the last week of June 2021, was accepted and was supposed to have received this loan on or about June 28th or 29th, I called inquiring why I had not received any loan whatsoever about 4 days later, I was told that indeed I had received this loan and that it had gone into a savings account which I have not had in many many years, and then they proceeded to ask if I had a husband by the name of Daniel, to which I replied no I have never been married, then I was told to deal with Emma, so I sent my e statements to Emma from the 1st of June all the way to 30th of June, clearly no loan was deposited, but then Emma asked for my July e statements which I had to wait till yesterday to send, at 9 am Emma received my e statements and told me first thing tomorrow morning I will rectify situation because all the while, they have been taking money out of my account at will , we are now 10:23 am and still have not heard from Emma, this company made a mistake and tried to cover by accusing me basically of fraudulent oractices

No point in trying all these companies are the same loan money to people who make 200000 plus a year they don't need it you borrow because you work but having a hard time at the moment and willing to pay for it but they won't lend it because your not rich so what's the point anyway?

This company is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with took a loan paid off the loan they went in took money out of my account after I paid off the loan three weeks in a row been trying to resolve it nobody's getting back to me keep saying I'll email you or call you to this day heaven heard anything about the problem on getting my money back do not deal with this company
