I'm grateful I took my bike to Bicycleitis after the last quote I got for my old bike cost the same as a decent used one. I was about to garbage my bike! Bicycleitis worked with me on my budget, repair was quick, and service friendly too. It always feels good helping a small business to boot.

Got in an accident and dropped my bike off an hour before they closed for the weekend. I had it back they day they opened back up. It was so fast and everyone that helped was friendly and helpful. Would not recommend getting hit by a car, but I would definitely recommend coming here if you do.

100% the shop to use when getting fair deals on donated/used stuff. All the staff are very knowledgable & are super friendly whether you call or just show up. I recently spent $200 & checked everything off my list. they even looked in the back for some certain things that were not out on display. that's top notch service to me.I always have some laughs when going in there. we all share the excitement of building cool bikes. they even complimented my personal bike!their used section is smaller, but the parts are in all good working order, as they don't just throw every donated piece in there, aka junk. So I was able build up a bike super quick because of the great service & get it on the road for my buddy. I'll definitely be using the shop again because 1) it's fun going in there, and 2) they're selection of wolftooth narrow-wide chainrings (just randomly notice before I left) is INSANE! so many colours!!!has Arnold Schwarzenegger would say it;I'LL BE BACK.

Great, fast & affordable service, very friendly staff. This shop might be small but they have a ton of hard to find parts on-hand. I also really like that work very hard a breathing new life into older bicycles

Amazing bike shop. Jeremy knows his way around bicycles. It shows in his attention to detail and thorough customer service. He helped me pick out a bike that would best suit my needs, gave me tons of info about the bike, and was very hands on. He had me ride the bike to see how it felt the day I picked it up as well to make sure I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend this bike shop. The 30 years in business really shows. The staff are super nice and helped me fix the bike very quick. The price is also fair as well. This is my first time here. Definitely recommend it to my friends.

Really great local bike shop! Smaller shop with everything you need, employees are very helpful and service prices are good. Maybe better places in the city if you are looking for a very high end mountain bike, but this shop has great service and good parts. Will come back when repairs are needed!A+

The folks here are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and transparent. It was refreshing to feel like I wasn’t being taken advantage of after a bad experience at a different bike shop. I also appreciate their selection of affordable second hand gear!
