I heave dealing with Travis and APD for over four years now. I know if I have problem with a part they are there for my business and my customer.

I have been dealing with APD for one year now and we have a high standard of quality and parts being on time because our customers expect the same, that being said the staff from APD has exceeded my standard. Each and everyone of their staff members are quick to help in a professional manner. Yes there are many places to source your parts from but what sets one supplier from the next ? Well the answer is simple to me its customer service it is the only thing that sets one apart from the other. I remember my first conversation I had with my sales rep, he had me excited because he was excited, you could tell he was happy doing what he was doing, it wasn't just a job it was his passion. Went here for a difficult part to find. Candy at the front desk helped and was honestly the highlight of my day. She was very patient and helpful.

I’ve known most of these guys since before Apd even existed. Always willing to work with us to find solutions. We’ve gone back and forth over delivery issues but Travis is always on it.

Seems like a very fair place I called to inquire about some parts staff seem very friendly helpful and very quick to meet my needs all-in-all I give them a 3 out of 5 I would rate them hire but I haven't had an opportunity to deal with them too much yet

Great reliable service. Parts are delivered within 15 mins. Ed does a good job picking up return items bi-weekly.
