Manotick Martial Arts

Both of my children attend Manotick Martial Arts; our family has been attending for 2 years. It is the most amazing place for children to learn martial arts and learn how to respect their parents, their siblings and themselves. I highly recommend the Little Champions program to any parent looking for a life changing sport for their child.

I was a student of 'Sensei' Randy many years ago. He is a masterful Jiu Jitsu instructor, and his teachings of discipline and respect complete the traditional martial arts curriculum. I'm glad to see he is still having a positive influence on the community.

It's a five star place run by Sensei Brian.It's too good to describe in words. My younger 9 year old started few weeks ago and not only he but I love this place.The high energy, motivating, engaging Senseis make it all worth it.It's very personalized training and they will teach your good life skills like focus, discipline that will go a long way in their day to day lives.Highly recommend.!

This is a wonderful dojo with many great instructors. It is a great environment which is good for fun and physical fitness

Our daughter has been going here for 7 years and while it has changed locations and now names, the staff are ALWAYS caring and energetic, and the dojo continues to improve all the time. The new location on Tighe St is fantastic, with a large mat area, super clean facilities, and plenty of space for parents to watch their kids of all ages get a great workout and some amazing jiu-jitsu training.We highly recommend this dojo for anyone -- ages 4 to 104!

Great service, owner and instructor is really patient with kids and respectful of everyone. Affordable pricing, and great vacation policy for when you want to pause your membership. Very friendly staff and the place is super clean.

While initially starting out OK, our child made only slow progress despite being a junior black belt. We then noticed over time that my son was leaving the dojo with injuries that would temporarily prevent him from attending classes e.g. there would often be periods of a week or more when he couldn't attend. We're very surprised that the instructors did not contact us about this, both as parents and my wife being a multiple martial art black belt. Since the billing was based on a biweekly credit card transaction, it got to the point where we were often paying for no services. Yet not even a friendly haven't seen you in a while

Our family absolutely loves Manotick Martial Arts! We started attending for my youngest son who was struggling with some big emotions. We have seen such an amazing change in him and he is learning a great deal about respect and self- discipline. Our oldest son joined him soon after and loves the structure, the rankings and being able to achieve a goal. We have just signed up our daughter who is excited to be joining her brothers.The instructors are fabulous - knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging - the center is spacious, organized and very welcoming. Everyone is super friendly and we are so thankful to have found an interest the whole family enjoys!

Cooligan martial arts and fitness is such relaxing place for me to go. It it where I spend most of my time when I'm mpt doing homework and need to releave stress.

Just the best dojo for kids. Josh (sensei who runs the place) is fantastic. Also some fun family and adult classes. Very highly recommended. Try it.
