This is not my usual pet supply store, it does not carry my preferred (okay, whom am I kidding, my cat's preferred) brands of litter or wet food. However, I do occasionally (cat) nip in for treats and toys. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant, and the selection of treats and toys is abundant. Oh, and at Christmas, I received bag with a collection of free cat stuff. And this is Leonardo.

I like how they let you bring in your pets and they offer free samples to mostly dogs and cats. If your pets urinate or pooped on the floor, they will clean it up instead of you. That’s what I called excellent service unlike some pet stores.

Been coming to this pet store for years. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. The options for pet food are plenty, and they have some of the most popular but also better pet food brands. Their rewards program is a great way to built loyalty, and a nice way to give back to their customers. I highly recommend this pet store.

The staff always give Peatree tons of love and treats. They've been patient with her nervousness building her confidence every time we come in now it's her favourite place. all very knowledgeble pet lovers:)

Very welcoming, kind and helpful young lady working here named Kelsey.Special thank you to you for being so gracious to me and my two Cavaliers.I came here from Mississauga because they are open until 9pm.I would make the drive here again and again because of how welcoming and also this location has a bigger selection of everything. Especially the treats are such a great wide selection. A lot to choose from and try. You can walk in and buy individual treats, which I love to do when I’m out with my fur babies on an adventure. So exciting and fun to see and do!!!

We order our pup's kibble from this Global Pets location. I like their selection and they carry high quality pet supplies. The staff call you as soon as your shipment arrives and are really helpful in store. They helped me fit my dog's gentle lead on his muzzle. Their discounted selection is worth a look as they have foods that are about to expire at half off.

Fantastic pet store offering high quality food! The brands they carry are a cut above their competition and they're always happy to offer + order my specific brand Ontario-made dog food for pickup a few days later. Great prices and service too. This particular location's on the smaller side but everything's well organized and they have a great selection. Lucky to have them as our neighborhood pet store!Note on buying pet foods related to my opening statement: the first 5-6 ingredients make up the bulk of any pet food so named meat sources are super important. I stay away from yeast- and inflammation- promoting fillers like corn, soy, wheat etc. Dogs and cats especially need animal protein.
