Well lit and tidy but a small selection.

I dont even wish to leave 1 star ! Minus stars as far as I'm concerned ! The older lady should not be in a customer service position , awful service ! First time I have been to this store and will never go back ! I do not recommend this place at all unless your looking for an unpleasant super sour experience !

The prices are much higher than other health stores in the are. I guess cause it's in the Mall. The salesperson asked person questions. None of her business!I have been able to go in and take a quick look at prices just so I can match them to other stores. I end up ordering online instead.

I visited there today the old lady at the checkout was so sour !!! There was another hateful thing in there giving me a dirty look I gave a dirty look right back !!!, never will i ever go back there !!!

Health center

I was so disappointed with the way I was treated by that old hag. She is judgemental, rude and has absolutely no people skills. She does not deserve to work in a store where she treats customers that way. Can the owner not see what is going on?

I got a really bad sore throat and went and bought oil of oregano for it and later went back to get manuka organic honey cough drops and manuka honey for my tea. Because it was a persistent sore throat I was trying everything I could think of along with antibiotics. I wanted to say those cough drops are wonderful. The first cough drops I have ever liked. Very tasty natural honey flavour and not too sweet. The honey is good with my fresh ginger and lemon tea. The oil of oregano also has been good. I appreciate the advice and helpfulness of Alive Health Centre and their quality products. I also like your new location. It’s handy right beside Shoppers Drug Mart! Thank you for helping me recuperate faster!
