I renewed my autoplan insurance with Fred. He was very polite, friendly and professional. The office is central, bright and clean. I would definitely do business here again.

Fred saved the day for me.I had an unbelievably poor experience at an insurance agency nearby and he was able to not only help me but provide great professional service.He listened to my issue to pay an outstanding payment as well as renew my insurance for the year. It was an informative transaction where he walked me through the steps. This level of service was pleasant and I cannot miss giving this agency a good review.Thank you for your help. Knowledgeable staff, usually not busy so I'm in and out within minutes.

For three years, I had been buying my car insurance from another agency. However the people there didn't seem able to understand or solve any emerging issues, including a current one.I walked in to All Risk and saw Christine. The clouds lifted. Christine figured things out right away! Then, although I had bought my insurance elsewhere, she got on the phone with ICBC and dealt with the issue on my behalf. In future, I'll be getting my ICBC insurance from Christine.

Chris was great and professional in helping me to register and insure my out of provinces car. I had spent 54 minutes at another place nearby and they had no idea on how to deal with it. Chris was very knowledgeable and completed my request smoothly. I highly recommend this place.

Highly reccomended, we came to all risk to register and insure our imported vehicle, which we brought with us from the UK. Strange tax queries, brand new BC licences and a vehicle model not recognised by ICBC was no problem for Fred and the team and we had all our our questions answered. We can't thank you enough for getting us on the road and helping us understand the ICBC system as newcomers.

Before trying to complete my car transfer transaction, I called 2 times and presented myself one time at All Risk. Best insurance agency I have ever used! After getting incorrect information and often abhorrent customer service from other insurance agents elsewhere, I have finally found an amazing one! Chris was super kind over the phone and when I went into their office to meet with him in person, I was in for a very pleasant surprise. His knowledge of the insurance industry and the details of how liability coverages work in case of an accident or loss was truly exceptional. He easily surpassed all of my previous experiences with insurance agents. My experiences were excellent and as you can see from their previous reviews they are consistant in their high quality of service. All of their agents who are currently working there are very experienced in the industry and have been with this agency 7+ years, and that makes a huge difference in the quality of advice and recommendations given to consumers. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my husband's questions and gave us some great advice on saving money. We will definitely be back with all of our insurance needs.
