This is a place where I regularly shop, however not anymore. Today I went in to grab supplies for my hair I can't get anywhere else. I grabbed what I was looking for, walked up to the cashier It came to just over $60. I go to give her my cash and she tells me no cash! Literally ever where else takes cash. So I had to walk out without my stuff. VERY ANGRY#NO LONGER A CUSTOMER! I'LL FIND WHAT I NEED ELSEWHERE

A little upset that I went in and told the staff there very specifically what I was looking for and come to find out that’s not what I got. I needed clip in hair extensions for my wedding. The colour matched my hair perfect which was a great and the staff member ensured it was clip in style. However, when my hair stylist opened the package, I was quite upset to find that they were sew in/weave style. Hair extensions are very expensive and are final sale. I am super bummed that I paid the money for something I thought I was getting. My stylist has now agreed to sew on the hair extension clips that I have had to purchase separately - it’s just created more work and stress in the long run. Make sure you are purchasing what you actually want.

Rude staff!Was looking for something but no one offered any help. They looked at me like I was bothering them.

Staff is rude and unwilling to help and if they do they don't know their products and NEVER have anything in stock. Would not recommend this location. If you can make it to oshawa would highly recommend the workers there

Great business model, unfortunately any great business model needs professional staff and this location is sorely lacking. Very negative experience with one particular staff member choosing to heavily invole her personal life in my shopping experience. Will find somewhere else to buy the items I get from Sally's.

I am not one to write bad reviews because I understand that it isn’t easy to work in customer service sometimes but this Sally Beauty has the rudest staff I’ve ever came into contact with. Customer service is about greeting a customer with a smile and making them feel welcome in your store, those two girls that work there did the exact opposite… SO much attitude

Leaving this review for the super kind staff member who assisted my friend and I yesterday. We just popped in for some hair masks, but this person was so welcoming and had such great energy. I always shop at Sally's when I want to dye my hair!! The Color Consulatant Maxx is very helpful and knows a lot about what products would be best for lightening my hair without damaging it!
