I had a car accident and was offered a settlement with my insurance company, on a Friday, to keep the fixable vehicle. To my understanding, my vehicle was being stored here and was to be towed back to my home on the Monday. The story goes, for some reason they moved it to Mike's Auto Parts. SUPPOSEDLY my car was then dismantled and recycled there accidentally" with in 48 hours. I don't actually know what happened

Extremely disappointed, they just raised buy fees again and now for a $12.5k vehicle the buy fees are almost $1300. It was already expensive before now it's just ridiculous. You've lost a repeat customer.

Worse accident appraisals for insurance. In favor of insurance companies only. Offers based on one sided appraisal, but you can hire your own appraiser and increase value of vechicle.
