I've been using Whatta Basket for a few years now. They are one of my favorite go to sites for gifts for those hard to buy for people. The selection is always interesting and the prices are actually very reasonable considering what you are purchasing. I have never had negative feedback from a receiver of one of the baskets. I also use them for those 'extra special' items for my own Christmas. They always add flair and fun to the season. I highly recommend this site. Good customer service, delivery and even the occasional substitutions meet the level of expectancy.

Until I found Whatta Basket, I was never a big fan of sending baskets to people as I always felt they weren't great value, with a lot of filler". But that all changed when I discovered Whatta Basket! All of their baskets are well-designed and you can find something for anyone with all the choices they have. I especially love their Manboxes. Have ordered several baskets over the years and will continue to. They are beautiful and look nicer than what I could make (and have items I wouldn't be able to think of or source myself). Definitely a time saver. I always pick a delivery date a few days ahead especially at the holidays because shipping companies tend to be really busy then. Have ordered to Kitchener and B.C. without issue. Nice being able to add customized items to suit the person I am buying it for.

The recipient was very pleased with the basket and that's who matters. I wasn't pleased with the basket advertised at $90 and being charged $100. The instructions for delivery are misleading. They imply next day, but it was about 5 days. The basket is fine, but the website needs revamping.
