Good for location with a view on the second floor outside. The negative: no coffee pot, certainly no Wi-Fi working (we had to use our own Wi-Fi), mattress was hard (got a bad back for 2 days after), the hairdryer wire was ripped off from the wall? we had to ask for a hairdryer at the front desk. Reception desk they were nice and helpful but they can't fix those 3 negative situation so...would not go back.

250$ a night to get an absolute trash room. The room was steaming hot, broken mosquito net, No AC, no fan and the owner refused to reimburse us. The beds are average & bathroom is old and rusty. Do not book this hotel unless you like poor quality sleep.

Extremely expensive. I paid $212 for the most basic room ever with outdated furniture. This is a non refundable booking, I had to reschedule my entire trip because of this even though I wanted to cancel my reservation 2 weeks prior to my date. They do not know English. So, it's very painful to communicate anything.No fan, no AC, extra $25 for a dog.

The hotel was okay; my only issue was with the pipes. I am no plumber but I think there were some major issues or maybe air. During the night it felt as though every time someone in the hotel would use the plumbing a loud banging noise would happen. So loud that it would literally wake me up and startle me. Also not that this was necessarily the hotels fault but I was staying in room 7 on the ground floor and on the second night a family moving in above us. We could hear the constant stomping of the family that appeared to be jumping and running around late at night and super early in the morning. So for a restful stay I wouldn’t not recommend this place.

It's not a pet friendly motel!! I saw ad that pet friendly is one of the motel features, so i brought my puppy there. In fact I had to put my puppy inside my van for the whole night after the front desk mentioned it would be charged 28.74$ (tax included) if I leave my puppy inside the room. Eventually I still was charged 28.74$ for my puppy even though it never walked into the room!!BTW, there is no coffee machine, no microwave insdie the very small room!

Okay, I don't want to mean, so I will say this quick. The hotel was very, very dirty, and really needs to be cleaned. We found mouse poop on the bed, and there were some holes in the walls. (On the inside walls) Not big ones, but they were holes either way. It wasn't a pleasant stay for us, sorry. Hopefully they will improve, but until they do, I won't recommend this place.

We reserved this hotel with a deposit, and when we needed to cancel because the ferry services would be on strike during our reservation dates, they refused to refund my deposit. How can our reason not be valid when WE CAN’T get to your hotel?!?! THE ONLY ROUTE OR MODE TO GET THERE is the ferry and their on strike?!?! The woman i spoke to was rude and heartless… i will never stay there even if it was free!
