Remorquage Montebello

Arrivé rapidement, chauffeur sympa, service sécuritaire. J'espère ne plus avoir besoin de leur services mais si jamais j'ai une autre mésaventure d'auto qui ne veut plus avancer et qui décide de mourir là, je les appelle sans hésiter.

TERRIBLE… would give 0 stars if I could… waited over 5 hours for a tow when it was -35 degrees outside. The guy showed up and said he was going to take a lunch break 30 minutes into the drive. We asked him if we had to follow him and he said no he’d drop if off to the mechanics (15 minutes from my house). He had texted me about 6 hours after we had left and the drive was about 2.5 hours, saying that he has just dropped it off. We left about 10 minutes after that text to go get my bags out of my car. We noticed my car has been scrummaged through.. dirt all over my front seats and steering wheel. When I checked my bag I was missing my used underwear, leggings, bras, bikini’s, shorts and my AirPods. All my other clothes and snowboard gear was left. As a 19 year old girl, I find this absolutely disgusting and am glad that i wasn’t alone in that situation as it could’ve lead to something worse.
