Peloton - Toronto

My husband and I shopped the Peloton store in Toronto on Jan 26/20 which was a Sunday. We were fabulously helped by Oksana...she was so enjoyable to work with. We were told the bike would be delivered in approx a week. It was delivered today, Wednesday Jan 29/20...only 3 days later!! I am extremely impressed and I haven't even gotten on the bike yet. As a side point, we do not live in a major center so the bike was driven 4 hours to reach us by noon today.

John was very helpful at showing us different peloton equipment. We really appreciated the time he spent with us to make for a great experience.

I had to chance to talk with one of their staff, Dylan, who spent several daysfollowing up on the progress of my perches. He was one of the bests. Additionally, they delivered the bike at the exact time that was fixed.

This review is for the company not the store (like many others here). DO NOT BUY A PELOTON!! I have been waiting for four months and dealt with two cancelled deliveries just a couple of hours before the appointment with no explanation. I now have no delivery time scheduled and still no explanation from the company. It appears at this point, Peloton is simply collecting millions in advance payments from customers with no serious intention of delivering bikes. Customer service will not provide you with any information and will not allow you to contact the delivery company. Stay away from this company. Echelon and Bowflex both have good reviews, I'll be cancelling my order and seeing about getting one of them.

Echo the concerns around the customer experience another customer had around Peloton. Please note this review is not for the store, but for the brutal scheduling system Peloton has. I do consider myself a pretty easy going person, and work within customer experience, so it does take quite a bit to get me upset.I ordered my bike two weeks ago I picked the earliest date they had available, (3 weeks out) and booked it, changed my work schedule around and then received an email a few days later that they made a mistake and that was a day they were 'doing inventory'. Instead of calling me, they arbitrarily set another date which didnt work for me, and didnt respond until a WEEK later with another date. Still waiting on my bike, and other than a 'sorry' and that they will pass this feedback on about them needing to block the last two days of the month they cant do anything. Shocking to me that a company worth 4 billion can't find a way to grey out the last two days of the month for inventory on their ordering system.

Worst client service experience ever !I order the bike online (not the store) last December and never receive it.Receive several dates of deliveries without success. No calls, no emails, nothing.I had to call many times, lost hours on the phone for nothing.Order an Echelon bike 4 days ago from Costco. It's receive, up and running and 1 year of membership free. Half the price of Peloton !

Last week I was walking on Bloor and walked by the peloton store, I decided to go in as the apparel looked super cute! I was greeted by Brandon who was extremely helpful and very genuine when helping me look at apparel and accessories. Thank you Brandon for being so kind and helpful, really made my day. Loving the new fall colours of the apparel also!

If you don’t have a Peloton get one and if you do you must stop by to either do a celebration ride, get some gear, or some please say hello and snap some pics like I did.
