Evan and his staff are kind and friendly. They advise, they don't sell, making my experience authentic and honest. If you have a water softener that hasn't been serviced, call Evan and he'll get it functioning like it should.I can find water refills closer to where I live but I choose to go a bit further and support the Bolton Water Depot.Best,

Today I drove all the way from Brampton, arrive at the store at 4:55, so just in the nick of time. The girl/lady decided she’s not allowing anyone else in she has an appointment.I’ve never ever had this experience at this location before. My rating is for my service today.

Water Depot Bolton and Surrounding Area
I got tired running around to big box stores for soft water salt only to find out they’re out of stock. I started going to the Water Depot because they’re salt is of better quality and they’re always in stock. Best of all, they have a salt card much like a free coffee card after a certain number of bags I get a free bag of salt! Finally, the staff is great and friendly.

Evan and his team provided excellent customer service! All my questions concerning my water filtering system were prompt and professional. I also especially appreciated all the time he spent with me upfront, clarifying and outlining the details of work involved, and his knowledge and patience as well, in ensuring that all my options were well understood. We purchased our home Water Softener from Water Depot Bolton - Evan and his team were amazing in explaining the process, what was involved, what we would need to do in order to ensure that we had the correct water supply/type at each faucet – because of this there were no hidden cost or surprises! Best Decision Ever!!! - we cannot believe the difference in the water over the past few years.We also use Water Depot Bolton for both our home and office water jug refill program. As many have already said, Evan and his team are very knowledgeable, several supply faucets and courteous, always wanting to assist and help carry the jugs to our car.I highly recommend Water Depot Bolton, with their great customer service and professionalism you will not be disappointed.Thanks again for everything.Frank

Service Technician and Installer, Jason was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and kind. You could see the pride he took in installing our water softener and reverse osmosis water purification system.
