Hands down most comfortable supplement store experience I've had. Often the feeling of intimidation hits when going into stores like this but never at Norwest location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the client based customer service skills make the experience that much better. Jesse was informative and able to direct me to the product best suited for what I was looking to obtain with my workout goals.

I have shopped at many supplement stores in Kingston but body systems is by far my favourite. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always willing to help and the service is second to none! They also have the best shakes in town!

Moved away from town came back on my birthday and somehow was treated as if it was my birthday when coming back go Kingston to visit.I have always had a great experience with body systems Adam was a pleasure to talk to and purchase supplements from.But my most recent trip to body systems was how customer service should be.I was helped by a young man named JessieIf you see this thanks man for being such a great guy and helping me out with ease and being super informative it was great seeing you again man. Great store. Clean and bright. Staff I have come across are very friendly and knowledgable. I have been going frequently after my workout to get their protein shakes and am officially hooked, they are delicious. I look forward to my visits for a great product and friendly conversation and best of all, motivation from staff. They are so encouraging to keep at goals!
