I was stressed because of a previous installation from another company that did not go well. Because of this a friend recommended Arctica and for me to only get the owner Ron Zahorouski to come because he would make sure I was satisfied with the work...I'm so happy I got Ron he was awesome!!! I have had furnace issues with my aging furnace for past couple of years. I had Reliance maintenance plan but because of their lack of service and poor client service, I had to have Ron from Arctica come out and perform the repair and charge back to Reliance. Since that moment, I switched to Enercare and thus begun my relationship with Arctica. Over the past couple of years, I have had Ron and other workers to my place fixing/repairing my furnace until recently when the control panel went again after a year. due to a back order of the part through the company in the USA, we decided it was finally time for a new furnace considering it was getting quite cold outside and the upcoming weekend was gonna be a cold one! Arctica quoted me, and got me a new furnace by the next day, sent 4 workers and after 4 hours, a brand new furnace was installed. An excellent job by an excellent company. Thank you So much for all you have done for us over the past couple of years!
