We met with him a few years ago to see what we’d need to do to get ourselves set up for a mortgage, he followed up with us regularly to see if there was anything else we needed. By the time we found the home we wanted we had ran into some obstacles and Jim went above and beyond to try to get us the mortgage we needed to get our home! He was quick, prompt and very helpful.
