I read the reviews on Google and almost didn’t purchase my weight bench from here because so many of the reviews were negative. But because I subscribed to their email, I kept seeing their emails. I eventually purchased a weight bench from them. The customer service was awesome, the price was great, and the quality of the weight bench is fantastic. Not to mention I was blown away at how quick the shipping was! It would be impossible for me not to give them a five star review, and recommend them. Totally thrilled with my experience With Matsuru!

Avoid this merchant. Ordered a pair of Kettle bells w/ Expedited shipping. It's been 1+ week with no update on the status. No information upon enquiring. I tried to cancel and they refused to issue a refund for a product that hasn't even been processed yet. They only offer store credit. Poor customer service & a low trust company.Avoid Avoid Avoid!*Edit*Their fulfillment policies are buried inside the shipping section. The delays aren't highlighted in checkout or payment or shipping pages. It's a clear attempt to hide the details from potential buyers.

Do your research before you buy, they don't make their policies immediately obvious.I wanted to find a good deal for fitness equipment, and Matsuru was reasonably priced for some good looking barbells. No issue there. I purchased the barbells on Black Friday. They sent me a confirmation with my billing and shipping address and said they would issue a note when they were on the way. 12 days later it hadn't shipped, which wasn't a big deal, but I found an even better price for the same thing, slightly used. I called to cancel my order so I could get the cheaper equipment, and they informed me that because I bought the items during their Black Friday sale, they were final sale and I couldn't get a refund. They also informed me they were already on their way, even though I hadn't gotten an email or a tracking update or anything in the meantime.Nothing in my purchase process, or my confirmation, mentioned the barbells were final sale or gave any heads up. They did have one section buried at the bottom of their FAQ that mentioned all items during Black Friday were final sale, but you have to go looking for that warning. It doesn't come up when you go to buy from them either; I checked again to be sure as the sale was still going on.May be a lesson in buyer-beware, but I find that quasi sneaky that they don't warn you something is final sale. It's not a big thing to warn people who are going to buy it anyways. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten the set and someone else who wanted it more could have gotten it. Just a shame. Hope I get a refund back for this...

I believe I have purchased 12 judogis in the last 3 yrs for my daughter (kids grow quickly)...from Juvo to IJF judo champion gold. My experience with Matsuru has always been great. Great quality product and super fast delivery.

Customer service is fantastic and quality of the Gi's are great, had mine for close to three years now and it is still holding up. Highly recommend!

Ordered a their BJJ comp elite Gi. Saved on shipping, got a discount AND got a promotional code for signing up with them. Gi arrived on time and is an excellent product, great value for money. I would absolutely order from matsuru the next time I need a Gi.
