This is the second time that we've hired Ernie to do a Home Inspection. He is very thorough with his inspections. He answered all of our questions succinctly and always provided extra helpful information and tips. He is very friendly & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Ernie was great from start to finish. Very professional, and took a great deal of time and care doing the home inspection.He answered any questions I had. He also took the time to explain certain aspects of the home during the inspection, so I was well informed on any issues or how something worked.He also did a through and well documented report on all issues whether they were minor or major. He included pictures along with recommendations of seriousness, and how quickly this should be taken care of.I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The home inspection came with a comprehensive, digital report that I had not received from a previous home inspection from another company. The report not only shows deficiencies but also a diagram and explanation of what the structure should be like according to code. Ernie was amazing. Super helpful and thorough. Very easy to talk to. We had him come do a post-purchase inspection in order to give us an idea of what we needed to do to this house as the new owners. He was very patient and took the time to explain what he was seeing and taught me a lot about our new house.
