U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Very displeased with uhaul. I made a reservation for mobile pick up for 1 truck from pleasant st. Dartmouth to Hubbards NS for 8:30am and when I got to the location no one was there to rent the truck out. We got a call saying we had 2 reservations in 2 different locations (windmill rd. & pleasant st.) and the only way to mobile pick was to enter in more information when filling out the rental form online. When reserving online I am 100% certain I made 1 reservation and that when I made the request for “mobile pick up” that it did not take me to another page to fill out the correct information for this service.I also had booked to leave my truck in Hubbard’s (1 hour away) and the reservation was approved and completed. Upon arrival I was informed that we had to bring the truck back to Dartmouth because “if they don’t have room they can’t can’t they truck there”.My question is “why would my reservation go through and say that it was OK for my to leave the truck in Hubbard’s?”When we opened the back of the 26’ truck we had to mop water out of the back and upon unloading a fair amount of our things were wet such as boxes and a few pieces of wood furniture.I can say I will ever be using UHaul to move again.

Be aware that this location doesn't stock moving pads or dollies as advertised on the U-haul website. Customer service was great!
