Been here once i found prices were high pretty equivalent to prices at Costco. Not really saving much if anything you are better off to buy at costco and be able to return. Might be handy if you dont have a costco membership. Staff were nice

Unreal service. My spouse and I went last night and spent 500$ new desk, chair, winter jacket, pop lock containers and a few other small things. Everything is in wonderful condition and Shane and his staff her top notch. Will Definitely go back!

I shop here often and when I found the exact same item for two totally different prices ($18 or $22) I asked one of the ladies in store about it and she said they have to go by the code and maybe that one came from Alberta, they are the exact same item I don't care where they came from the price should be the same on both. Needless to say I'll be sticking to Costco from now on since your really not getting a deal at this store anyway.

We just discovered Shane’s a week ago and we’ve been twice since! I love just looking around, and tend to find something I “need”! The staff are fantastic. So friendly and helpful, and are always very kind to my small kids as they browse around.

Was very disappointed in the store it self as well as the customer service. Bought a blender that said used but was checked got home and it was covered in food. Brought it back and I was refused a refund as I was told he hasn't given a refund in the 2 years they have been open and won't ever do it. Finally got a store credit. The prices I find aren't very different from buying it brand new in store and some prices are absolutely insane.

Unreal prices... in a bad way. My mind wand blown going in there. You can buy almost anything in there for either cheaper, or the same price at Costco.. and then have the ability to return. Shanes has a final sale policy. If I could give any advice if you're going in there... know your prices.

I was approached by Dale upon entering the store. I was looking for some sponges and a high volume fan. He had 1 sponge left. I bought a high volume squirrel cage fan for a fantastic price. Great service and large selection of items. Great place to buy items or just browse.
