Birthday party with reservations we cheer our Birthday girl which 7 out of 9like winewith dinner no licences no desserts for a simple candle order was messed up. Well nine people will be back

The worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. Was good when Yins owned it. Tried 3 times in the past year and seems to have been getting worst.Could not get past the fried noodles. The only good news is the raccoons ate it.We notice in the past year or two less patrons parked out front.

I usually don't write reviews on restaurant's but I had to for this one. We were in Waterford on Saturday at the Wishbone Brewery and our friends recommended to try Yin's Chinese food, so we ordered take out which was only 20 minutes wait which I give them one star for that, the other star was for customer service. We were very disappointed on how very little meat was in our dishes, We paid $51.00 inc taxes for the dinner for 2 which was chicken with almonds and our choice moo goo guy pan, there was very little meat in these two dishes mostly green peppers, onion and tons of celery. I'd say there was 5-6 pieces of meat in each dish and for that price it's was ridiculous to pay for mostly vegetables when they are cheap! I don't think I'll be coming back since we drove from Brantford and that was our dinner choice to try that day. Very disappointed

Decent all around Chinese food restaurant. Have eaten here many times. The service is great. The food is good.They are usually pretty quick too.

Stopped by Yin's tonight and the stop was so worth it ....Egg roll recipe is out of world...Seriously!!Bravo to the house cook....prep cooks !The service was also fantastic..chicken chow main dish ,is delicious ..mmmm .

One word to describe the food here: Horrible. I've lived here for 25 years, Yins was known for its high quality, good portions. I work in Hamilton and whenever I said I lived in Waterford 8/10 the person would say Yins" as it was that well known. It changed hands maybe 5-6 years ago and the quality changed also. In the last 4 years I've ordered 3 times each time horrible and each time promised myself I would not go back there. But I hoped to buy local... Ordered for the very last time tonight. Cantonese chow mein usually has regular sized shrimp theirs has tiny cocktail shrimp 3-4. Beef looked grey and no exaggeration
