I am an long time customer of Wine Kitz (Vine Kits) and the other day I had the opportunity to meet the new owner of Vine Kits in West Kelowna. I was very impressed with Bill and what he has done with the business in the short period of time he has owned it. He is professional, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed chatting and learning how the back ground of the business is not new to him.I would recommend giving Vine Kits and Bill a chance to help you with all your wine needs.

The new owner even though he seems young, impressed me with his efforts to do good by me. I am a former customer of Curtis ( really liked dealing with him) but this new owner Bill goes the extra mile to make my wine making a pleasure. In fact , thinking I lost my order from last august, Bill found an order that was available to replace my losses. I am certainly willing to trust my wine making to him with confidence that he w I’ll do a good job.

I've been making my own wine for over twenty years and I am so glad Wine Kitz (now Vine Kits) reopened in Westbank. The store is well supplied with a large variety of types of wines. I've been stopping in a couple of times each month and the store is remarkably clean!Kudos to the new owner!

I bottled two batches the other day. Bill is a wonderful young man, very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He has very high standards, everything was extremely clean and organized. I ordered two more! We sampled both the red and white that evening, both are great. Gracias.

I was in Vine Kits (West Kelowna) with my friend today. We were so happy to meet the new owner Bill. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the different wine kits. I highly recommend this wine kits store and am looking forward to returning in June when our next kit is ready!

Okay, the new owner is awesome and service to match! I have been a customer for over 5 years and got caught up in some issues with the previous owner but I just booked my second batch with the new owner, Bill, and he is great! Super friendly service and love the new online notifications system you can sign up for! Highly recommend them!
