I worked for Teleperformance for about 4 months. Starting from Oct 2019 until Jan 2020. The people working there were pretty nice and friendly. After December, the supervisor i had in the begining left the place and I was assigned with a new one that was very demanding. The rules became much strictier and I didn't really like the way I was treated by her. I worked for the evening shift for 5days/week. At night, they only keep few agents and it's much more stressful to deal with, specially when you are a new agent and if you make a mistake during the phone call, it affects your average score. For the campaign i worked for, if you don't maintain a certain score, they will send you a notice to warn you or fire you. Also I noticed that the 3rd floor is closed during the weekend, you need to have a special card to have access to it. It will be a good idea if they made it accessible for everyone working during the weekend.

Found relevant job posting on indeed and appliedthe same. However, during interview I got to know almost different hourly wages than they posted to attract candidates. Observed bargaining was going on with candidates starting with the lowest wages available. Lack of professionalism so I decided not to continue with them...

Horrible company.I have worked 2.5 weeks with them, throughout my training i received my 1st 2 days worth of pay. Based on the cycle. Then once i quit and shipped back the imac, i never received my final paycheck nor 4% vacation accumulated. It's now been 21 days since i quit. The laws state 10days usually to send a cheque with priority mailing. . i check my mailbox every hour of every day. I never got a pay. They owe me around 70 hours worth of money.They scammed me. I have to contact cnesst and csst and norme du travail to file civil law suits and press charges to get my money that they owe me.Don't recommend it at all. Totally unorganized.If you actually call the teleperformance phone number on Google it will tell you to dial 1 to 4 for special options. Once you do so it will hang up on youKeep that in mind!Scam.

Teleperformance is not a good environment to work in. The equipment sent to me was faulty. The headphones sent to me during corona times were all dirty and had wax on them from another employee. I asked them for a replacement and has been 2 weeks. I still haven't gotten a replacement and now during work I am forced to use the dirty ones for chich i removed the phone and now the plastic part hurts my ears for long hours on being on call due to a call centre. I also dint get paid on time and still haven't been. I was supposed to be paid on the 22nd of jan for a 2 weeks pay since they pay bi-weekly and today is the 4th of feb which makes it 16 days of delay and what I am still getting back as information from them is asking my address which I have literally provided atleast 10 times. and they had the audacity to ask it again today. Like what makes more sense to me is making interest money on payable sallary accounts that you dont pay to customers and make them struggle.

Why bother having a phone number if no one ever picks up? Not only that but you have to waste your time listening to an extremely boring and of horrible quality recording promoting the company, ironically. Maybe being a good company might work better. I guess the recording ends up being a metaphor for the company: boring and a waste of time.

Gave the company the benefit of the doubt even with all the bad reviews.Trust the bad reviews, they’re all honest.They ultimately only care about their clients,And not their clients clients.No support for new agents during specific hours.Certain campaigns have serious consequences on peoples day to day, and the high pressure to make sure they’re handled properly mixed with the pressure to make sure they are handled quickly leads to life changing mistakes for the clients customers.Constantly harassed by staffto explain what you’re doing. This wastes time, causes a stressful and mentally unhealthy and exhausting hostile environment. If you don’t trust your employees to do their job fire them and do it yourself.And let’s add insult to injury, should you need to call off for any specific reason staff has absolutely no shame in sharing the details of your personal issues to your peers. They will publicly post any issues you may have- whether your children are sick or you have been hospitalized, whatever the personal issue is, they will feel no shame in broadcasting it to the entire company. It would be too professional to simply state ‘approved absence’.And in the MORE RECENT NEWS the company has announced to its call center agents that should a client hang up without filing in the end of call surveys the agents will receive a negative score.This from a company that prides itself on having good ethics!

One of the biggest mistakes in my life was to work in this company, co-workers may seem more helpful than floor managers, supervisors and HR. The staff are terribly rude, unreliable and disorganized. The training you get for the position is not sufficient as well as the payment, you have to keep track your paychecks because there are tons of errors in terms of paying your salary, the minimum wage for a stressful job. If you can find another job except this enterprise please go ahead and forget about here.
