We got the Quarter chicken with fries, the spring, and pierogis, meat wasn’t dry and the pierogis and spring rolls were homade, the fries were average but crunchy

Assembly line rushed greasy yet starngely dry meat dining. Fill yourself with food of minimal nutrient value. Typical fast food disguised as dining. The coleslaw was alright. The bun tasted of chemicals. Baked potato seemed really old and worn out.

I feel the take out should be open longer at least till 9 o'clock at night as people work.... And sometimes late suppers do you happen. Staff is always pleasant though having said that and the food generally is hot and good.

Better than I remember as a kid. Portions were good, everything was cooked properly, chicken was nicely seasoned, staff was super sweet and the coconut cream pie was so good. It's a nice and clean facility, good for all ages.

We went for lunch ordered our favorite.Perfect service, friendly staff.We were even surprised by the manager out helping the staff with orders and such.Definitely recommend coming here in Stratford.

Way too expensive for what we got. Ordered vegetarian pot pie because it was only vegetarian option besides just getting a started or salad which isnt really a great choice when wanting a meal. Pot pie sounded good but when got it it tasted more like getting just a can of soup at a grocery store. The coffee was mediocre ... husband ordered a chicken dinner.. he said chicken was dry and not great. I got side order of garlic beans. Could not taste the garlic at all... only had a slight garlic smell but no taste. They didn't even remove the stems from the beans so had to pick every individual one off or else have a very unpleasant chew to it. The beans themselves were also very chewy and not good. Neither of us finished our plates... we wanted a refund since it was over $50 for poor quality meals.. wasnt busy in their either . was only us and 1 other couple there, was on valentines. .. we didn't ask for it because we hate to cause a fuss.. but we both agree that we will not be spending money here again. Was a waste. Seems like quality of this place has really gone down hill. We used to come here fairly often for good number or years,,, seems like after covid it has really flopped... sorry about the nasty review but really just being honest..

The food is good, quantity for value, but keep that in mind.That being said, I'd love to have a conversation with my date, not have to listen to the server talking to her friends the entire time I am there in the booth next to me. Act professional.

We live 45 minutes away so for us a dinner out is a treat. We get take out so it's an hour and a half round trip from North Perth to Stratford.When you cheat someone like you did tonight you ensured we won't be back. Your lack of attention to detail makes me question all levels of quality in your restaurant.

Typically a good restaurant with good and quick service but on a Saturday night was able to get right into the restaurant and seated immediately with no lineup so assumed usual quick service. Was nothing but. Waited over 45 minutes after ordering. Waitress was not to be seen after taking our order. After waiting so long for the food we wanted to leave soon after eating but waited almost 30 minutes after finishing the meal for someone to come by and finally take our plates and bring the bill. definitely not quick eats anymore and not really any apologies regardless of the reasoning.

A cozy location with friendly staff and delicious food. My rule of thumb in general with Swiss chalet is to expect things to be great and nothing more, but the service here really was exceptional. Great location for families, seniors or taking your grandma out to lunch. Definitely worth a visit!
