In looking around, I got to understand the market and streamline my thoughts on what I truly wanted in a property, and Mr. Hamed pushed the boundaries in showing me new neighbourhoods that I had not considered and made me learn about buildings, neighbourhoods, transport, the convenience or easy accessibility of neighbourhood amenities, pushing me to weigh the pros and cons, on whether there were further developments around the areas, and on how much I wanted to ultimately fork out for each months additional management fees. When I finally decided to rent for the year, while waiting for the market to stabilize, Mr. Hamed spared no expense in quickly helping me put together our bids quickly, with all the necessary credit support documents, previous landlord recommendation letters, and he was very fast and astute in finding places to bid on during the crazy increase in the Toronto rental market in June. I had the unfortunate experience or dealing with Ross Bongelli. I had to interact with him regarding a unit I was had to rent. He has temper issues, tried to intimidate me over the handover process for a rental unit. He allowed the previous tenant to overstay at the rental unit while I had to wait for possession. He did not even respect the RTA to have the rental unit professionally cleaned before handover. He kept blaming the landlord he was representing and was not responding to my agent either. Moreover, given his anger issues , it's a shame that he represents a reputed agency like remax condos

I got the pleasure with working with Arvin Nahani, he sold my house in Scarborough at a time when the market was down and I was in desperate need for the money.
