I had been waiting to receive my PR card and was unable to get any information online or in person.I went to see Ms. Valdez on June 20, 2023. Spoke to Nadine and Nicky gave them all the information. Hi Rechie,Thanks for your positive response and generous help on various occasions. I remember I came in as a student and got my permanent resident card here. I continuously got your support in getting in touch with the IRCC agents during peak times when no one picked my calls. I got my application linked with a letter to submit my PCC with a 15 days deadline remaining which btw Ircc agents never called back and got my application linked with your help. I really appreciate your help and value addition for a greater good.

I've applied for Canadian passport with my family in June and didn't hear anything about it till October. I wrote to Mrs. Valdez's office because I was unable to track my citizenship application despite having all the information needed. I thought it would be impossible because of my unique case. However, her team, specifically Nadina and Niki, promptly assisted me in the matter. Less than 2 weeks later, I can now track my application on Canada's website. Rechie has a great team member, Nicole, who did a great job of guiding me through an issue I had with my mom's visitors visa. She was very prompt in replying to my initial request and did a follow up for me with the visa office in Ottawa.
